Online Return Policy

Standard Return Policy:

    v.       Returns will be accepted within:

            o     30 days from date shipped (online purchases).

            o     30 days from purchase date (store purchases). 

We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.  Wet Seal accepts returns with 30 days of shipment (or date of purchase for stores).  Please note the following for all returns:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed     and undamaged with original tags intact.

• Online purchases can be returned by     mail or in store.

• A Return Authorization Number is     required to return online purchases by mail (written     on outside of package).

• Online purchases returned in store     will follow in-store return policy.

• Store purchases cannot be returned     by mail.

• Wet Seal reserves the right to limit     the number of returns.

In Addition to the above Return Policy Guidelines please note the following:

Online Purchases Returned By Mail: (that meet the above Return Policy Guidelines)

• Email: [email protected]     (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days     of the invoice generated date. 

• Complete the form below and enclose     it with your returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package and     obtain a method of tracking.  Return shipping will not be refunded.

• Write the Return Authorization     Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package.     Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will     not be opened and will be returned to sender (at senders expense).

• Purchases that meet the above return     policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of     payment. 

• Purchases received outside of the     Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
